I trained as a medical doctor, a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and executive coach, and I have held senior executive leadership roles in the UK National Health Service, including Chief Medical Officer level responsibility. The work brings together depth of understanding, long experience of leadership under real pressure, systems awareness, an academic interest in trauma, addiction and neuroscience, and long-standing contemplative practice. I work mainly with senior leaders, founders, and others carrying complex responsibility.
